The people behind Pink Palms

We are a boutique creative event agency producing corporate events, private celebrations and destination weddings across Europe. We work from three bases — Marbella (Costa del Sol), Mallorca and Sweden — and we produce events wherever the brief takes us, through a trusted network of venues and suppliers built up across Europe. Every client works with one dedicated contact from the first conversation to the last supplier invoice.

We started Pink Palms in 2024 because we believe events should feel deeply personal — never predictable or built from a template. We wanted to combine Nordic precision with local expertise, bold creativity and genuine care for every guest. Above all, we wanted to create experiences that bring people closer together and stay with them long after the final glass has been raised.

The numbers we can stand behind

Since 2024 we have produced 55 events across Europe — including 10 weddings, 25 private birthdays and four occasions with the Swedish national football teams — at venues including Puente Romano, Marbella Club, Kimpton and METT in Marbella, ME Marbella, Don Carlos, Nikki Beach, Boho Club and private fincas and villas across the Costa del Sol.

How we work

One dedicated contact. From the first enquiry to the final supplier invoice, you work with one person from our team — not a rotating desk.

Planning you can see. Budgets and timelines are managed in shared, itemised working documents, so you always have a clear overview of costs and dates.

We run the suppliers. For every event we source multiple quotes, handle the negotiations and coordinate every partner against one plan — so the value is checked and the detail is held in one place.

Full cost transparency. You always see the full picture: all costs, our fee, and where the budget can flex.

On the day. We lead the full setup, styling and final checks while coordinating every supplier and team member on site. We run the schedule in real time — cueing catering, entertainment, speakers and transport while managing the guest experience — solve any issues discreetly behind the scenes, and oversee the event through to the final breakdown.

What we don't do

We don't write, buy or exchange our own reviews. Every review is asked for honestly and earned.

We don't publish a client's name, photos or event details without their explicit consent.

We don't promise outcomes we can't guarantee. We tell you what we will do and what we have done.

We don't offer day-of-only coordination or cookie-cutter event packages. We only take on projects where we can be involved early enough to shape the experience, and where the timeline and budget allow us to deliver at the Pink Palms standard.

We limit the number of simultaneous events, so every client receives genuine senior-level attention.
