Pink Palms is a boutique creative event agency, which means we treat every event with a high level of care, attention, and intention. We focus on your vision and build each concept from the ground up — ensuring a result that feels personal, refined, and truly memorable.
Every event is unique, so costs vary depending on the size, scope, and level of detail. Wedding planning starts from €1,500 for partial planning of a small wedding and from €3,000 for full planning, always as a flat fee agreed per project; we add no markup on suppliers' prices. What we can promise is full transparency — you’ll always have a clear overview of all costs, our fees, and where adjustments can be made to align with your budget.
We work with a trusted network of top-tier suppliers across Europe and manage all communication, negotiations, and coordination. For every event, we source multiple quotes to ensure you get the best possible value for your budget. Our role is to align every partner with the overall vision while delivering the highest standard — so you can feel confident every detail is both considered and cost-efficient.
