What the Costa del Sol offers
The coast between Marbella and Estepona has the four venue types that make destination events work: hotels with built-in service, beach clubs on the water, private fincas with grounds for an outdoor ceremony and dinner, and villas for intimate celebrations. The season is strongest in May–June and September–October; July–August is very hot, and peak-season Saturdays go first. Weather and wind are real factors on the coast, so every outdoor plan needs a rain and wind plan B. Since 2024 we have produced events at the venues below; we name them with their agreement, and we attach no couple, host, photo or guest count to a venue without that client's consent.
Hotels
- Puente Romano, Marbella Golden Mile — hotel and resort. The most built-in service of any venue type: kitchen, coordinator, rooms for guests. Suits conferences, galas and weddings with many guests staying on site.
- Marbella Club, Marbella — hotel. Same profile: house team, kitchen and rooms in one place, with the house's rules and hours to work within.
- Kimpton, Marbella — hotel. Suits corporate events and weddings that want a single site for ceremony, dinner and stay.
- METT Hotel — hotel on the Marbella–Estepona coast. Suits celebrations and corporate gatherings with guests staying over.
- ME Marbella — hotel. Suits brand events, launches and parties with a contemporary look.
- Hotel Don Carlos, Marbella — hotel with grounds. Suits larger dinners and weddings.
- Boho Club, Marbella — boutique hotel and restaurant. Suits intimate dinners and smaller celebrations.
Beach clubs and coast
- Nikki Beach, Marbella — beach club. Classic for the Costa del Sol: sea, sand and a party atmosphere. Weather and wind decide the plan, so a plan B is always part of the production.
Fincas — private estates
Beautiful and "dry": much is built in for the day (kitchen, marquee, sound, lighting, toilets, sometimes a generator). The most production-heavy type, and the one where a planner makes the biggest difference.

Private, flexible and intimate; the house sets the scale. Suits milestone birthdays, family gatherings and smaller weddings.

What we ask every venue
Before we recommend a venue for your brief we ask the same questions: how many seated dinner guests fit indoors and outdoors, whether the ceremony can be held on site, what the curfew is, and whether the rain plan fits everyone. We don't publish those figures here, because they change with the season and the venue's own rules; we confirm them for your date in the proposal. Frequently asked questions
Do you only work at these venues?
No. These are venues where we have produced events since 2024. We work at any venue that fits your brief, in Marbella, Mallorca, Gothenburg or elsewhere in Europe, and we work alongside the venue's own coordinator rather than instead of them. If you have already booked a venue, we join the planning from there.
Which season is best for an event on the Costa del Sol?
In our experience May–June and September–October are the strongest months: warm, but not the peak heat of July–August. Peak-season Saturdays at the most sought-after venues go first, often more than a year ahead for weddings, so the earlier you decide on a date the wider the choice.
