09Event Photos, Testimonials and Portfolio Use

Pink Palms only publishes a client's name, the name of the venue used for a specific event, photographs from an event, guest numbers or other event details with the client's explicit, written consent. Consent is requested per event and per use (website, social media, press, proposals) and can be withdrawn at any time by emailing hello@pinkpalms.es; we then remove the material from the channels we control within 30 days. Testimonials are published only in the words and with the name the client has approved. Suppliers and venues are credited for their work only with their agreement, and never presented as our own work.

Photographs are taken by photographers engaged for the event; the photographer's credit is shown where the photographer has agreed to it. Guests who appear in published photographs can ask for an image to be removed by emailing hello@pinkpalms.es.
